The smallest scale the studio draws at, and the one that sets the tolerance for everything built above it.

Rooms resolved as complete environments — light, material, circulation, and the way the space is actually used.

Office buildings, commercial complexes and shopping malls, delivered as working assets rather than gestures.

Towers
Height changes structure, services and sequence at once. The drawing has to hold all three without loosening any of them.

Whole settlements: residential and leisure villages, mixed-use districts, and niche communities designed to be lived in.
